The NSSC-Circuit are tune-up competitions being held in the Municipalities of Sta. Monica, Burgos and San Isidro for the local surfing athletes before entering the most coveted and prestigious National and International Surfing Competitions at Cloud 9, Gen. Luna in the months of September and October.

Baoto Festival
